About Keith Rogers, our Founder and President
 

Keith has more than thirty years of experience in property and association management.   He has managed local management companies as well as served as a Senior Regional Manager for one of the nation's largest management companies.

Throughout his career, Keith has shared his expertise in improving software systems to benefit management, creating, improving and keeping to budgets, and communications fostering consistent collections. These extraordinary strengths makes the management of Associations easier from the get-go.  For efficiencies and in keeping up with the most recent technologies, each area of service - accounting, work order control, architectural control, and budgeting is managed using all the benefits of great technology.  The result?  Smart tools to better serve the needs of your community.

Keith has a personal approach to management. As a real estate investor, he has been elected to serve on Condominium Association Boards, himself, and has held every Director Officer position over the past 20 years. So, Keith has a keen knowledge of the inner-workings, responsibilities, rewards and challenges Condominium Boards face on a day-to-day. You will appreciate not only his vast experience and expertise, but his accessibility and cordial communication style he will bring to your association, including a fresh focus on improved lifestyle and an action plan to increase values.
